This is originally the Coral Capers music from the original Donkey Kong Country for Super Nintendo...I hate how they bitched up the soundtracks for the GBA versions
So this is the title song for the GBA version? I only own the SNES versions so this confused me a bit at first. Technically, it's a remix of the DKC 1 water theme (for SNES). Great job though, I really enjoyed it!
Would you mind changing the camera angle( so it's above the piano) and playing it slower so we can see what you're doing. I'm sure there ar epeople who want to learn to play this ^_^
err I dont know hoe to get the camera positioned over the keys lol. I tried at when i first started uploading but could never get it right. I really want to do it though.
there is sheet music I posted in th vid description though
I love DKC1! Honestly, I really enjoyed listening to this...its been like the fourth time. You play wonderfully and the best part is, its a DK tune! Great job man :)
thats really cool. this is one of my favorite DK songs, but it was first the water leevel of DK1.. i dont remember twhat the dk3 title screen is on snes, but its not that for snes, GBA is diff
Thats very nice I could go to sleep with that. I think the part you added in made it sound better because the original song just goes the same tune and goes on and on and on...
of course i know mario tunes lol. there is a guy who transcribed mario and zelda stuff on the net but its not very pianistic imo. i think the theme tune music i have is pretty hard to play
Your DS, lol. I thought you were gonna play along with it :P It's good. Pretty long for an intro though. Have you been adding bits to it? I like it though, it's soothing. I really enjoyed this one.
Have you heard of the Super Mario theme tune? Is that even possible to transcribe?!
well its just an 8 bar loop of which I improvised over 4 times I think but yeah I can send you what I transcribed and played. I'll do a video with the sheet music on? Whats your email address?
I'll also put the game over sheet music on the video too. I also had a go at another piece in this game which is kind of calypso in feel but the transcription is very basic as I spent like 5 minutes on it! I'll put them all in a video and try and upload it tomorrow
I just videoed each transcription I have done separately and hope its fine to watch. I did each 2 bar section for about 10 seconds but yuo can pause on here. By the way I only transcribed the 8 bar loop for this piece. Do you want all of what I played(my improv)? I'm also getting the sheet music scanned today and if you give me your email address I will send them to you or anyone else.
I just scanned all the sheet music. Send me your email address . Internet cafe only open for another 15 minutes so if I dont get it before then, then the next time I can send will be monday or tuesday. For some reason it wouldnt save just 1 a4 page onto a floppy, and they had no cds left so I couldnt save to a disk
I like it! (: And I'm glad for a lengthy video too. IT reminds me more of that aquatic song from the first SNES game, but I'm sure you're right about where ya got it from. Nice work. :)
AWESOME!!

@uzi4u182 Agreed, the theme should've been the DKC bonus stage music, like it was on SNES! Underwater theme as the main theme is SO Super Mario Bros.
