  • Why was there 2 river cards??

  • @DannyB2275 check other comments, you will find the answer

  • what does durr say at 9:45?

  • @jessyxx244 something among the lines of "I can lend you some if you want"

  • PA ask how much more , tom said 245k more. is the graphics wrong?

  • @sinanyazdia The max he could raise was Antonius' stack which was around that mark, Tom just said how much he had in his stack

  • @wadeanddave cool, thanks

  • TOO TIRED

    yeah, me too

  • no way antonius could have folded that. no way anyone could have folded that

  • 6.50 patrick sees tom moving for chips and starts blinking at a rapid pace !!

  • @offfaceoff good tell

  • love Ali's 'ohh boy' every time something happens to a player who is stuck, in trouble etc

  • Way too many people on here weighting Dwans range to premium hands. Yes he had KK this time but we've all seen him squeeze with much much much worse, and he's even more likely to do so short handed and defending his straddle.

Dwan is very capable of making plays with complete air and i suspect this lead Patrick towards calling.

  • @twwwon this shove on such a wet board def has to mean something bigger than top pair top kicker. What could PA put him on?

  • looking for 3 testers for my Poker Bot, PN me if you want

  • @swiftdan8 your mother is a fish

  • everyone is a poker expert here...

  • I think the turn bet by Antonius is a bad bet. AJ, QQ and KK are real possibilities with the pre-flop action. 59K? What is that going to accomplish? Only a real hand is calling or shoving. Even Dwan wouldn't shove on that board with a bluff. Check the turn and pay Durr off on the river - he would have saved about 100K. Even if he's wrong and has the best hand he wins the pot and makes about 100K.

  • OH BOY..

  • Durr could have been doing the move with JJ or AA (with legitimate hands) or any durrrrrrrr bluff... I've made that play at much lower stakes with JJ and gotten a laydown from the smaller set because of the big 3 bet preflop. I've also also donked off some money making that play as well... If you're PA you almost pray for AA, top 2, set of 4s or JJs (or a bluff) and hope you are picking off a bluff or worse hand...

  • I'm not acting like patrik is an amateur because he's sick but if he thought bout it enough he shudda folded the turn because the only real hand he could beat is kq? Or 44?..... And tbh this eve seems like a loose play - it's not but it's very close to being. However he is. Playing Tom dwan

  • The line-up of that week is so wicked, such an interesting dynamic

  • another great play by a great player...it looked to me that tom dwan smooth called thinking he could b behind in the hand...the turn he made a good read and felt he was ahead...i have seen him make similar plays before

  • Anyone know what season this is ?

  • @p3rryjamesbenjafield Season 5

  • Any one know what season this is ?

  • lol at dwan when he wants to get patricks chips, really scavenging look on his face to imnemediatly get his money. then he backs down scared, saying"can i just get your chips?" lol

  • @haroonKS Based on what Dwan said in the directors cut I don't think trapping was a consideration at all. I'm pretty sure he was thinking with stacks the way they were PA could make his life hell if he raises the flop.

  • Sorry if this is a stupid question but why did they deal 2 river cards?

  • @obcirish They decided it to do so. It reduces variance. To better explain what it means, I will ask you his question: If $500 were all money you have, would you rather flip a coin with a friend one time for $30 or 3x for $10 each?

  • wtf is eli saying min 8 to 9

  • i really hope dwan checked the flop to trap because if not im going to feel even more inferior as a poker player

  • durr is probably my favorite poker play hes a beast.

  • @verapex7080

Sounds good... Kk I'll hook ya up my FTP name is wartrill3170 :D

    And yes

Full Tilt Poker just announced to all the facebook fans that a new player could head on over to their webpage, then sign up for an account using the code SPECIALS.

Its a sweet promo offer. Make a deposit and they DOUBLE it also a couple other excellent perks. Sucks but it's only gonna work for the first 4000 players that register usin it

  • everyone shut up with who ever got lucky on whatever street who cares. It's a cooler plain and simple.

  • dwan was ahead pre-flop, on the turn and on the river... antonius was only ahead on one street

  • FUCK DWAN!

  • @thenotorlousbig man i watched this when it came on the air and i got sooooo excited, so did ginny

  • Lucky dude, hit the 2 outer on the turn after Patrik flops a set of 10's. Terrible luck for PA, however 250k drop is not the end of poker for PA. He made over 10 million last year just playing online on Fulltilt poker.

  • @Septimius25 im not a fan of dwan but he done nothing wrong here. U say that Dwan got lucky by hitting a two outer, but patrik also got lucky by getting lucky on the flop, also hitting a two outer. patrick bets on the flop and dwan cannot fold on the flop with an overpair to the board with no possible flush or straight out there on the flop alone.

  • @Septimius25 Well you can't really say "lucky dude, hit two outer" - Dwan has as much chance of hitting a set as Antonius.

  • @TomMolivan Yes- but if neither of them hit PA would never lose as much as he did, so in that sense he was very unlucky to get set over set.

  • @TomMolivan

true, but you cant say it's not lucky to be dealt a set over set hand and have the top set

of course, neither Patrick nor Dwan played bad and got unlucky or lucky, they played well and god lucky and unlucky.

  • @Bulloxe4 very nicely said

  • @TomMolivan why don't you say how lucky of antonius to hit his set on the flop? he was the one that was behind to begin with

  • @beatsac Because it wasn't lucky of him to hit a set. That set cost him a lot of money. If he didn't hit that he could have gotten away from it.

  • @TomMolivan what about hitting a set on the turn after opponent has flopped set on the flop? anyway, set vs set with that board is screaming for all in from both parties.

  • @Septimius25 [ ] real money tho

  • @Septimius25 The only thing lucky about Durrrr is that he bluffs and wins the majority of times in big pots and when it looks like he's makin a play when he has a real hand he gets paid for it.
