I used to think that but after seeing them live on Saturday night's gig I have to say...they fuckin' kicked arse! It was an awesome experience. Never say never until you have tried...
but honestly once the singing starts you can't really hear anything, in between there's some giutar riffs which you can hear pretty clearly, there's nothing wrong with those
ARGHHH!!!!! j0rmis is RIGHT!!!! only use live drummer on 'dissimulate' they use drum machines for the rest. when playing live they use a person too (hahaha! 'person'). n yeah reverandfoley, i got the dvd too... it plainly states what ive just said. if you LISTEN to the dvd, it says that the trigger all the sounds, so no matter how soft he plays the drums, there all gonna sound perfect
real drummer with digital enhancements maybe, can tell the cymbals are real but the bass and snare, nah
I used to think it was triggered samples but that doesn't explain the frequency change with speed.same as before when they only used a program.
yeah todd can play it but thats all kenny.
Not saying its bad or anything, i like it.

and they had a real drummer for dissimulate, which had the best drumming out of all their albums, but the rest they used a drum machine.
theberzerker0 4 years ago
They use a drummer once on dissimulate rest is drum machines and they use a real drummer on live tours... if you were a true fan you'd know this...
