no i meant it being ironic because it was a beatles song. let me explain myself:

1. the beatles are from liverpool

2. tevez played for manchester united (who are fierce rivals with liverpool fc) and now plays for manchester city.

3. tevez has said on numerous occasions that his favourite band are oasis and he's also said that he prefers them to the beatles.

4. oasis are from manchester (and are also ardent manchester city fans).

what does carlos say about city? in english please.... i am a city fan from manchester and, to be honest all we want to know is what he said in the interview.. it has caused a lot of controversy in england :s gracias. :)

@xmod4itx He talks about how when he signed for City the club had a project with him and other players to win championships, such as the champions league, which they couldn't win when he first arrived to the club. Then, members from the board were not fulfilling with the requirements they promised him, and Tevez attempted to leave the club, but they finally arrived to an agreement and he stayed. In the second part he talks about his problems learning the english language.

@punk48livac greetings from a mancunian :) when i was in buenos aires 2 months ago it was funny talking about city... because you have to explain that in manchester most people are city fans because city are in manchester and united are not (they are just outside manchester) but united have glory hunter fans from london and ireland etc but city is manchester's club (as you might have seen from the fa cup parade in the city :P) but you have a beautiful city and i love BA and the portenos!

@xmod4itx you are talking rubbish - City play a few hundred yards from where United used to play. most people in manchester support united. salford is a district of manchester and OT is 3 miles from the centre of manchester.

that's like saying Arsenal Chelsea Spurs and West Ham etc are not in London. City is just a small club in a small part of manchester

(yes i opened myselfto a joke at how i mustn't have any friends haha) i go to college in deansgate and all but one of my classmates (a girl who's claims to support was 'because they win everything' - gloryhunter) support city. Manchester is blue fact!

@xmod4itx He said when the city purschased him , the champions league and other big tournaments was the long term project for the city but they didnt fulfill this promise to tevez .. i think this promise was to bring more great players to the city. Sorry for my English. Cheerio !
