Im Joo Hwan really suits playing traditional roles. He carries it off natually. He is an amazing actor. Him and Park Gyu character were as if they were one person. I almost forgot he was acting. Because he is just that brilliant is portraying his feelings, his expression, the he speaks and moves. He really makes the character Park gyu come to life and exists.

I love this drama. I really didn't expect a vast of different aspect of a big culture, political power, love, the beautiful landscape/sea scenery, the war, business,trading sides, the society (all people jobs, belief, characters), dynasty involvement. It is amazing. So much is entailed in this drama and yet it runs smoothly. I have to admit the characters played their role sooo well. Its unbelievable. Especially Im Joo Hwan (Park gyu) and Beo jin.They played the character as if it was them.
