Good lord, how many episodes did they have in those days? It must have run for half the year! I won't say I was born in the wrong era, since now you can see all the classics on DVD and things like youtube, but they certainly had some great TV back in those days. Just as now the more channels they have the worse TV gets, so it is that with far fewer episodes of any series the quality goes down the pan.
