Lot of misconceptions here looking at the comments. Any kind of working out burns fat. Your goal of working out is to gain muscle because muscle consumes a lot of calories and thus burns fat. Cardio also helps burn fat.

cardio interval training has to be a very high intencity's to get the same affect as total body workouts so i tend to promote resistance training more than cardio even though im a runner lol
these are explosive style pushups which means its designed for power however it does build muscle

just do 4 sets of 15-20 pushups, throw a few small sets of pullups and do sit-ups everyday..in a month you will see results..its as simple as that

when you do exercises based around muscle groups there is know way of knowing if your body is actually burning of the fats cells in that area
the only way to get rid of fat is to work every muscle in the body to increase your metabolism hence burning more overall fat/calories at rest.
look for a 3 day total body split routine that suites you and eat right ..do that and you cant go wrong
