@darky1188 Just get a guard post from castle services(bottom tab), best to get a courthouse, dungeon master house and some punishment stuff too to process the criminals

ATTENTION: to the ones who wants the enemy/ally to develop i found out how as ThePataponpon says: all you have to do is to take off the AI keep, the flag you putted before is for indicating the AI where to build their castle (still build your own keep but not AI's)

I have the same problem as airsoftworld125. I make a good map, but my enemies won't develop or do anything. They won't build buildings or anything.

i have a question...i just made my new map, i placed the kingdoms and when i want to play the kings are not developing...why??? they just have the same building (castle) and army all the time

you can place anything but the flag in the place you want the keep

AirsoftWorld125 if you haven't found out why they arent developing yet, then i can tell you. If you already put the AI's castles it wont work. When i had the problem it worked when i put the castle territory but not the castle. The AI's make their own castles when the game begins. So if you want to play with the AI's you can't place the castles. Hoped it helped.

u save it then you go to war/peace custom (whatever kind of map u made) and u open it and play.
