Well, obviously the Battle Creek Enquirer isn't serving God therefore they do not feel obligated to portray truths but instead only bear false witness against the people of God. There is no way with their resources and capability that they will utilize it to promote Catholic America at its best. It's only used to trash our Church.

In a Rechtsstaat you'd go to court and win. In a just state you'd get money back from the state, and a recompense for your troubles. I can't say weather this is better in your state.

But I'm glad you don't have to suffer anymore.

I think the prosecutor pleaded out because the case was weaker than they let on... and your internet support/scrutiny of the case and process. but either way, as a family man myself who knows the stress of legal battles, I understand your call.
