Maybe this woman just entered the manic side of the bipolar now, she's overdoing it. She's probably again in a depression now. I wish her strength to continue. It doesn't matter if she feels she made a fool of herself back then. It's only human, hang on!

Hi i wanna share a little story... I used to be nobody, I was afraid of coming out of my box, I was afraid of being rejected, I was afraid to fail, I had a bad self-image, I did the worst jobs ever,... I thought this was my life... Now: I have produced my own music, created my own website with almost 1000 visitors a day, wrote a good selling book while I always hated books, I'm making money like never before & I'm enjoying life everyday. Wow tears from my eyes, thank you very much for this wonderfull speech. The feelings we send, so powerfull. I will keep sending this feeling to all you guys. I know depression is hurt my life i have depression since 12 years.. now i thought for sucide i also try reduce with EFT i thing its work but very hard to image my self.. because i feal chemical inside my head.. because all of my negative thought.... but i am happy to see you.. happy... again God bless you please pray for me..

Tap on every thought that isn't good...focus on what brings good feelings and tap away anything that bothers you. You mind makes good chemicals when you think of the good and release the bad. Peace & love Robert
