Radio Estapantoso is the name of that station, but if we hear the intro` of radio espantoso the host says that they call the station Radio espantoso because "vice city is a stinky place that all music is made up by machines and people say and think how good a musician is by how much make up he wears it is the way of U.S" so in fact espantoso is how they see the rest of the stations in Vice city game.
