Update on my issue (unable to boot to update CD), after working with tech support, it was determined that there was some system corruption preventing booting from the CD, we had to use an FTP program and upload updates individually to the Eco9 from a PC. Once we had the Eco9 formatted and a new system installed, everything worked again, including the CD burner.

same problem here, burned ISO image, but eco9 will NOT load update from CD after system reboot, exactly as shown in tutorial, just goes back to normal view and still shows old version.

Hi
Our system does not upgrade. The "Loading application from disk" comes up but a few seconds after the system reboots and goes back to the normal view.
Any Ideas?
