First, Johnny Depp there is soaking up a shit ton of light, take him down.
Second, your plants are pathetically small for 11 weeks of flowering. Are you feeding it any nutrients at all?
Also, your couple cfl lights aren't really cutting it. You can move those fuckers really close to the plants and you'll probably get some increase in yield but not much.
Invest in some good lighting and you'll pull waaaaaaaaaayy more bud off those plants.
