What year was this? Where was it? And what are the names of the whistle player and fiddle player?

Donal Lunny (on bousouki) and his band are backing Sharon and Steve. The fiddler is Nolliag Casey, the drummer Ray Fean, I am sure the whistle player is John McSherry who is genius on uileen pipes. It looks like Lunny's band Coolfin (brilliant music theirs). As to dating it I am not sure. They recorded alot with Sharon around 1996-1998. I would like to know the date on this one too. I can't get enough of this music-I just love it. Would like to add this to my collection.

Lilibet - thank you for going to all that trouble. It's all very interesting. I have heard of some of the people you mention, but not all. I shall have to look them all up on YouTube. Isn't YouTube marvellous? I had a wonderful holiday in Galway and Salthill in about 1964, and met a lovely girl at a dance in Salthill. I was just doing a bit of work in the kitchen and couldn't stop singing the song to myself. "Yes, it's running through my head too", said my wife. Best wishes to you, lilibet.
