thats a mediocre cut at best.....the knife should have sliced off the skin on the top of the tuna like butter but he was doing some sawing motion starting @ 0:35.

Sharpen the knife for a better fluid cut

Our friend gave us a baby and we had to learn to cut it it was good yumm super fresh in the sea 3 days ago at the most maybe yesterday :D I couldn't eat the restaurant's sashimi after trying fresh yellowtail did u know those in the markets are at least 3 months old?
