Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful Enka song. Very nicely sung by Ms Yoko. While I cannot understand the Japanese language, I still enjoy these great songs.
Is that really young Nagayama Yoko? Because the kanji seems to say differently!
Enka is a traditional style of popular music, but the youth doesn't listen to it. Look it up on wikipedia or search Youtube for the big names like Fuji Ayako, Meiko Kaji or Masako Mori, there is LOTS of pieces!
I'm sorry but I feel that it's like decline.A bad-quality,90's video with a geisha singing with western-style music...All these things just don't match for my taste.Does anyone else find so?
It's like most of the female enka singers are all beautiful. I like their voices, but most of all I like the time period. I like the olden days and I'm not even that old. Old soul I guess.

Beautiful! Okay, nostalgic for me too. I lived & worked in Japan years ago. Went to karaoke with coworkers lots of times. Mostly they sang and I listened to enka like this. Love all your vids, the fashion ones too. Subbing you! Thanks for uploading.

I think it really is Nagayama Yoko from the single Garasu Saka 1/21/1995 - see wikipedia. Should have known from the sharp nasal voice
