yes.... you just stand through a couple cooldowns and control them. its easy. this is why you rarely see them 2k+ in arena. I was 2k+ on 2 chars in bc... trust me i know, i also played one in bc and wotlk and they kinda fail in pvp. fun, but bad. now after next patch they might be doing better
