  • The answer is simple if you want to lose fat and that is: Runn each week just 2 or 3 and you will lose alot of fat then you can imagine ;)

  • @317Brett I just saw a news article the other day of a man losing 198 lbs. in a year, so, yes, I assume 100 pounds in half a year is possible.

  • spot reduction came from the fact that you have different fat% on parts of your body , E.G. bicep vs abdomen , but its fake because genetics play a big point in % around the body , reduce fat of your entire body :D

  • green tea burn fat.....best advice i have ever heard on here..from a medical point of a view, since i ma the health care field.....to burn and lose fat, just watch ur diet and add cardio to your routine..and the fat will melt 123....but remember, when you do cardio, do not run...running wont burn fat PERIOD....walking....slow movement for a long period of time...dont forget to add protein in the ur diet, enough protein....because u do not wanna lose the muscles u have during cardio

  • I Totally agree... diet & cardio will take care of the fats... i also don't use fat burners, its a complete waste of money...

  • You can only lose fat doing cardio and dieting, weight lifting will have the opposite effect.

  • @Gabbo2010 weight training burns the same amount of energy as a medium intencety cardio training, also bigger muscles burn more energy wen ur not training, so go read a book.. or actually it might already help to listn to the vid..

  • man oo man u r damn right....i have never every trained my abs ..i was lean and just wanted to gain lean muscle mass....i did all the shit for 3 mths ..but i learned and i did right training for 13months and now i have perfect SIX PACKS without training them even once....many people wont get this and i laugh at them...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK SEAN!!!!!!!!!

  • I watch your videos twice....everything I knew was s**t....it's been 8 months of hard exercising, like an idiot, with lame results and a way to tired body...

    At the end of it it is all about food, cardio and body strength training.

    I do 30 mins of cardio each workout. But then do so many repeats at each set, of strength training, that I end up by decreasing weights at the next workout.

    And I do awful as far as food goes.

    I need to change everything I did during the last 8 months..everything.

  • eat atleast 4 meals, every 2/3 h and make sure you don't over train at the gym: do around 4 days of gym a week, each time one hour. make sure if you do alot of cardio such as running or biking, that you cut back abit on that also. push yourself to the limit at the gym, but keep each session under 1h 15 min :) you should aim to gain around 10 kg a year, and if you have a balanced diet you should not need to take any of those expensive supplements such as weigh protein and creatine.
