One advice to anybody watching this video. Do NOT SIGN with PIPEX. My experience, phone in credit, switched off for 30 days, Pipex refusing to reconnect !!!!

Hi, i'm really sad that you had a bad experience with Pipex. I'm working at the said company. Let me just defend the company, the service won't be disconnected if your not late for payment. Of course, once account has been cancelled due to bad debt we will not reconnect the service!

First of all i did not pay my debt late, i had send a cheque in time, however when i received another invoice a month letter which was also covering the previous month i thought the cheque got lost in the post.Therefore i sent a cheque which covered last two inbvoices , then i discovered PIPEX cashed both cheques and disconnected my line,

My line was disconnected more than a month .Despite endless phone calls and e mails , finally i decided to write to CEO of Tiscali and started the court case then the porblem was solved in 48 hour by TISCALI, not by PiPEX,!!!!!!!!
