She won't be releasing this as a single because it is apparently really hard for her to sing live. If she released it as a single, she would have to sing it at every concert live and it would kill her voice. It would probably do well as a single, though, if it were able to be released. There was a whole big thing in December where everyone was saying that it was her next single and it was playing on some radio stations and everything, but when they asked Kelly she said she hadn't heard anything.

Oh, it was awesome. She had all the guitarists playing and she belted it out with full band. Her and her back up singer were amazing! I went to see her twice this past summer. She didn't sing it in Allegan, Mich. But both times, she was totally jaw dropping. What a voice, raw, pure, powerful. She is the best.

4th and 5th singles are only created if the album sells well.

It did sell well but i think RCA is concerned about her voice and maybe they arn't jerks for once? This song really worns out her voice and that's why she stopped singing it on promo tour cause it's difficult to sing especially the high note damn! but she still nails it.

Anyways her next album is coming 2010 so maybe that's why they take long to cause they are working on her next album atm and so is she recording it so yeah..

As of yet, there has been no confirmation of a release date for the single, but it is set to be the final release from the album in 2010, as Clarkson has already confirmed her fifth album to be released in the late fourth quarter of 2010.

I meant it is too hard on her voice, and she even took it down a whole step a which she had to in order to sing it every night and keep her voice. If I Can't Have You or even All I Ever Wanted would do better on the charts because it's something different from Kelly and even though I like DLMSY the whole "pop rock" isn't as popular as it used to be, If I Can't Have You is the style of song that is in and it would also do great on dance charts. Again why a single that you haven't sang since Aug?
