The reason this game is so short is because it was never meant to be a 'full-new' rachet and clank game, infact, Europe is one of the few places where you can even buy it on a disk. Its just meant to be a little PSN title to make the wait for crack in time seem a little more bearable.

I dunno, the PS3 trilogy had a MUCH deeper and in my opinion better storyline (even with A Crack in Time's lame ending) and the gameplay was still just as awesome as ever.

I did still adore the PS2 games though, among my favourite platformers of all time.

Wow I didn't know they made a Bluray version in the UK! The game is short, but it's a must have for any Ratchet and Clank fan, especially if you haven't played Crack in Time yet.

It is a great game but incredibly short, short but sweet is an apt way to describe the game.

It did a great job of setting the stage for A Crack in Time as well, now if only that game's ending hadn't of sucked :(

I went to town and bought the hard copy of quest for booty. It was translated into Norweagen, I thought WTF is this shit so I went to the menus and no. No option to change to english. WTF, this is a big problem since the actors SUCK, and the translation is horrible so the jokes that would have been awesome in English is shit. And its just not the same when a nagging bitch from the norweagen disney channel hovers over your shoulder.

Jak 1 was fantastic, Jak II I used to like but in recent years I have gone off of the "bad ass" and "dark" style they applied in Jak 2 and 3. I didn't like the way they just rebooted his character at the start of the second game (saying "2 years later" does not make it character development)

Ratchet deepend its story in the PS3 games without going off in a totally unncessary direction so...yeah.

I would highly recommend playing all 3 games in order, so that you get the emotional connection with Ratchet and Clank far more so than just watching the recap movie in a Crack in Time will.

i actually seen an interview with Brian Alleiger and he said Crack in Time is the end of the Future Trilogy. so that means theres going to be more games. and also the first 3 ratchet game was a trilogy too but they still released Gladiator too.

Well, we'll have to wait and see what happens. Apparantley the box art to the game in America says "A secret deep within Clank's metallic memory is about to be revealed. A secret that could split our heroes apart forever."

Certainly a sign that the story as a whole could be coming to an end :( as I said though, if it does it had better be with one hell of a bang.

I don't think they should give Ratchet a love interest just for the sake of doing so, but if it's as well written as the rest of the Future saga then I'd be all for it.

I certainly hope it isn't Talwyn, she's one character I'm not too fond of for some reason and she really doesn't seem like Ratchet's type to boot, at least not to me.
