  • who the fuck is comparing FNM to SOAD? Apples and oranges.

  • fnm just isnt fnm without big jim :(

  • @jackanthem90 If you would look closely I never said I didnt like SOAD,as a matter of fact I think they are pretty cool.So that was based on your delusion,no doubt. Thanks for swearing at me for no reason.Stay classy my friend.

  • @jackanthem90 See, the only problem is one of those two bands is great, the other is System of a Down.

  • um SOAD cant touch FNM...Mike Patton can sing unlike SOAD. Nothing similar between them. NOTHING.

  • I was in a band called EVOL in very early 90's and we covered this song...it was a MF to get down...lyrics hard w/o sounding like total shit.

Btw, as already mentioned...these guys don't look like SOAD, reverse. Thats like saying Elvis looks like Josh Homme.

  • @jackanthem90 "If someone doesn't realize SOAD came after FNM, they need to get their shit straight, sure." That's what he's saying you dumb tit.

  • lol guitarist looks exactly like todd from barelypolitical

  • Can anyone understand when he says: "See the world as it used to be when you used to be in it, when you were alive and when you were in love, and when I took it from you!"

    Damn he says it fasssst

  • I doubt it's the mix, but it doesn't sound right without Jim Martin. Generic imitation?

  • Faith No More sound like Faith No More. No One Else.

  • FUCK YA , MAN FAITH NO MORE RULEZ!!!!

  • Mike Patton might have put some weight on, but he is doing pretty good compared to most 43 year old men! Plus, I would argue he's having NO problems with his singing.

  • Surprise Amy Winehouse´s DEAD!!!

  • Is there any question that Faith No More is better than System of a Down? They're both very good, but one group is comprised of better musicians and writes better songs.

  • You know true mojo when the man, the band, the music is timeless.

  • The chorus is PERFECTION

  • There will never be a new FNM record but god bless this amazing performance.

  • Mike Patton can still sing like a man possessed Fuck yeah. Please give us a new Faith No More record. \m/

  • he sounds possessed...kinky :)

  • @xaeonbluehybrid Cause he fukkin IS

  • I can't find it on youtube, it may have been on MTV, but these lyrics are about a vampire who changes an enemy into something evil, that will have to feed & constantly be reminded he's been changes against his will, 'till the end of time', meaning this person's gonna have to feed ea nite & it will ALWAYS be a reminder of his hatred 2wards the one who changed him. But of course, it was said that the listeners can take it any way. Patton's my age, Italian, & taken, sigh. I would love 2 write 4 him

  • My favorite!

  • See the world as it used to be when you used to be in it When you were alive and when you were in love And when I took it from you!

The pain, the torment and torture, profanity Nausea, suffering, pervirsion, calamity You can't get away

this is what he's saying so fast inbetween lyrics that you CAN understand. I looked it up, haha. It;s called copy and paste dufus.

  • It's possible he forgot the lyrics there, but of you've ever seen Patton live, especially in the dozen other bands he's in, he uses his voice as an instrument and always pulls stuff like that, especially live where he has the freedom to throw an improv "vocal solo" so know your know your mike Patton before you knock him. He's probably the greatest vocalist ever!

  • @falenclw This is most likely it. Patton loves noise more than anything, and he always throws it in when he can

  • they r all old as fuck but this still good mike patton fucks justin beiber in the ass hahaahah

  • This song is like a punch in the face !!!

  • casual brilliance

  • Did Mike P just completely forget the lyrics for this???

  • The hatred i bestow..upon your neck with a fatal blow....awesome lyrics

  • My morning alarm in clock tell me first accord ......quickly get up

  • Check out APE BC.... they do a wicked cover of this song.

  • Check out APE BC.... they do a wicked cover of this song

  • Where's Heidern, Ralph and Clark?

  • billy gould has to be one of the best bassist around

  • Jim was awesome but Jon and Trey both were great as well. Mike Bordin is one of my favorite drummers, Patton my favorite vocalist, but I really think Billy Gould is the key to the bands greatness.

  • @Hebron14 yes, i agree. billy is key. but i think bordin is equally key. these two together are the rhythm. no matter how much the others experiment, you can always rely on that kick ass rhythm.

  • I cant believe that pit aint rollin

  • @kjelloso - lol I believe he said "OPEN YOUR EYES!!!"

  • @kjelloso "Open your eyes—see the world as it used to be when you used to be in it when you were alive and when you were in love and when I took it from you."

  • @kjelloso sobababababapabababasobabababa took it from you. I thought it was obvious. lol

  • @aeroragesys hahaha, yeah! it was pretty obvious! how i didn't understand that!!

  • ohh...lo mas probable es que en chile se grabe un disco en vivo de fnm....5 de diciembre!!...sud america

  • NO JIM MARTIN = NO FAITH NO MORE !!! PERIOD !!!

  • @frankenberry1977 actually the new guitarist isnt that bad... although jim martin would make the band complete... i believe this newish approach is awesome... come back to england!!!!

  • @frankenberry1977 hey if jim wants to grow vegetables, let him

  • @frankenberry1977 Yeah I think the same thing Patton is great and the band is good but no Jim Martin no Faith No More .

  • @jag5508 Jim Martin was the pubic hair on the body that is Faith No More. They shaved off that bush.

  • Wasn't this Jim's song?

  • Aborted has much better this song... ever!

  • i'd still tap that!!! love you mike!!

  • showing my age - saw fnm with metallica/gnr in rich stadium summer of summer of '92? bout 100,000 packed that place and had the biggest food fight ever. fnm was awesome. my buddy and i left 1/2 way through the gnr set. they were awful.

  • @jrblockquote Saw them @ RFK during the same tour. We waited 2+ hours after Metallica for GNR to come out. It must have been a "good" night for Axl, they were great.

  • @artiegohome - gnr pulled the same crap that night in buffalo making everyone wait about 90 minutes. they were so bad, they stopped playing twice and started over. i'm not a big gnr fan anyway and didn't need much motivation to leave early and beat everyone home.

  • @jrblockquote Guns 'n rosses IS terrible. and somewhat, so is Metallica, but not really.

  • Hudson>>Jim Martin. And this is coming from an old school FNM fan! Jon Hudson is a badass! \m/

  • JIM MARTIN RULES! Screw this other guy he looks like Phil Collins

  • @GuysSeriously man jim martin wasn't good influence for fnm!!hudson is ok!!

  • Mike is my favorite sick vocalist of the 90's decade!

  • If FNM decide not to make a new record...

Billy Gould for the new bass player in Slipknot!

  • Hells yeah....Mike Patton is just awesome.

  • i love the laughing

  • needs moar jim martin

  • if anybody says"these guys remind me of System of a down" I will come to their house and beat them in front of their family

  • @chiefdoggydog I feel the same exact way...My stupid friend said that to me once

  • @chiefdoggydog this band reminds me of System of a Down. I mean, they are just copying system of a down surely. They should get their own ideas, and Jim Martin back.

    (was too tempting!)

  • @happylemon666 Lol, the difference is that SOAD suck.

  • @Cyanarchy to be honest I think I'm that old that I'm a fan of FNM, but not sure I know how SOAD are! Not really a fan of anything too new!

  • @happylemon666 SOAD just seems like a mess. You should check out Disturbed, they're the only new band I like.

  • @happylemon666 actually it is soad that is influenced by fnm and sound like them.fnm came out probably when soad were just teenage punks! so soad should actually try to get there own sound but that won't happen.have u ever seen serj do an interview? his ego is through the roof.fnm has influenced a lot of bands that are making it today.nothing wrong with that, but to say that fnm is getting ideas from soad is absolutely ridiculous!!! have a nice day!! =)

  • @chiefdoggydog these guys remind me of system of a down"... it's not really bad considering todays kids heard soad first....

  • @dcschrisroberts not all of today's kids. i pick patton over tankian any day, and i'm 16. always have, always will.

  • @chiefdoggydog These guys remind me of System Of A Down

  • @chiefdoggydog Bring it :)

  • @chiefdoggydog You're right! They do look like System of a down :)

    I love the song!

  • @chiefdoggydog worse if they say disturbed

  • Billy Gould rocks it the fuck out.

  • fuck ya they can make the gayest fuckin song sound good

  • pattons voice is getting better and better by the years

  • ouuuuuuuuuu fuckkkkkkkkkKKKKKK!!!! is the bestttttt!!!!!!! \m/ :D!

  • i didn't expect they play this song nowdays!! one of my fav!

  • fuck yes! one of the sickest F.N.M. tunes!!!! MIKE FUCKING PATTON! AMEN!

  • One of my favorite Faith No More songs.

  • I know its sacreligious but I think Trey is better than Jim Martin.

  • @swamp976 I agree but this isn't Trey

  • top fav songs of all time

  • Dude, sounds good. So good that Jim Martin is turning over the pruning shears in his hands. Over and over. Wishing. Pruning. Bruising. Cursing. Pruning. Jim Martin's sound RULES. And Mike Patton. I'd just like to say, can't we all just get along?

  • would soooo love to see mr bungle reform for the festivals..

  • Sorpresa ¡ESTÁS MUERTO!

  • WHERES THE FUCKING NESTLY SONG WTF MIKE /cry

  • jesus.

  • Showing my age too. Last time I saw FNM (before Download 09) was at (the original) Wembley stadium, supporting Guns 'n' Roses. Soundgarden played too. Good gig!

  • hahaha "Roddy, go take a break"

  • showing my age-but i saw em,met em,hung with em at Jax State U when Helmet opened for em in like 92-93 on the angel dust tour.

  • That wouldve been an awesome concert!

  • I'm showing my age here, but I was a drum-tech on the Faith No More/Helmet tour for 'AngelDust' & became Friends with Mike P. & Mike B. so when it came around for hiring a drumtech for the Tomahawk tour I did it as well. For FNM Bordin played a right handed set-up,except keeping his ride on the left:& at that time he had 2 huge 14''x 10'' toms on the rack tuned to D down to F & perfectly flat which was unique back then.I was only 19 then so it was one heavy experience, but def educatational!

  • Cool! I saw them 5 days ago and they havent lost a beat. Angel dust is still my fav album of theirs. They still rock

  • It was amazing! Beg borrow or steal some money cause you have to go and see them somewhere! Quick or it might well be another 11years :P

  • i have to see them...

  • great vocals

  • Fuck Yeah!!

  • Comment removed

  • its funny because the side of the crowd that they are filming isnt as good as the other side, i was on the other side and we were gooing mental they should have filmed us hahaha

  • holy fucking fucking FUCK I love this band

  • I hope they will record a new album

  • @reignman400 well patton and gould have labels...it would seem really foolish not to....even just casually, no animal sacrifices for the record executives... but they would have to bring back matt wallace to produce it and andy wallace to mix it.

  • @reignman400 they wont

  • @reignman400 Yeah but with Jim Martin!

  • @reignman400 That would be the day.

  • Kick Ass!!!!
