i don't agree with these tips at all.
inspect, sanitize, and budget = yes.
try it on? most stores say no and its unsanitary. wash first.
come in knowing what you want? that takes the definition from thrifting away. so much more fun coming in with an open mind.
get out of town? this is taped in chicago. go to a few out of the thousand here and you'll find enough. you won't find that many in a town nearby....
