Wow! Some are so rude - obviously you watched the video because you needed help since you couldn't figure it out on your own. I do believe french braids over may be called Dutch braids, but I call them french braids as well, so works for me. As do most people. Looks cute and I was just not quite sure how to do this. Have you tried it this way from behind your ear and gone all the way across?

Aww, someone in my class did this to me the exact way you showed us, and I abso loved it and then she put the french plait/braid in a high ponytail. It was very different from my usual, because I usually do like a flat quiff or a normal ponytail (but not too high not too low) or something like that, depending on whether I could be bothered to dry my hair before school.
