This is also a situation for that because Vitor has been off for a long time, so this training camp wasnt at its peek.

That week is usually used for strict nutrition and tons and tons of sleep.They rather let their muscles rest and condition their body for the day of the fight after wut shud have been months of severe and intense training. Chuck and Wand are long gone because of glass jaw syndrome. Watch the hits they could take when they were champs and then watch their recent performances... @havok1337357 no its common assumption, look people are punching and kicking harder than ever before, the level is absolutely crazy now compared to when I stepped out of the ring 16 years ago, however many fighters have went on with long and successful carreers fighting, one of the best examples, who became better would be george foreman. Chuck failed to evolve and his square style caught up with him, injuries can take their toll which is what I think happened to Franklin in his last fight.

I train feestyle MMA at a local club here too but don't feel i'm ready for a cage fight yet. No doubt the mental side is just as important as the physical side but a prime example of a good mental fighter who has aged and is still shit is Tito Ortiz! How many fights have you been in?

Silva got his ass handed to him for 4 n a half rounds then fell into a triangle when he got too cocky. and he is on hormone replacement therapy, same as a number of other fighters, he has to take testosterone to keep his body at a NORMAL level. had he just taken his dosage recently, the levels would have triggered a positive reading for HGH.

@baxterfat no he didnt, he tested for high levels of testostorone, he has a medical condition that requires him to take weekly testostorone shots. he did not get busted or suspended for the high levels either, he got suspended because he did not report his medical condition on certain forms. Everyone knew about it but he kept it secret from public forms as it is an embaressing condition. And silva got his rib cracked in round one, if it was hurt b4 that he shouldnt have fought.

@wassy71 they only showed the beginning of the sesson and during training especially for strength and conditioning fighters often begin slowly working up to higher levels and goals the closer the fight gets. This is also a situation for that because Vitor has been off for a long time, so this training camp wasnt at its peek.

That week is usually used for strict nutrition and tons and tons of sleep.They rather let their muscles rest and condition their body for the day of the fight after wut shud have been months of severe and intense training. Vitor is an outstanding fighter limited only by his own Demons, if they are under control, he will beat silva, his only limiting factor in this fight being his weight cut, I do not like how small he looks and weight cuts really effect fighters so we shall see. for all u ppl that think this fight is a walk in the park for anderson like some of his other fights,ur crazy.this is silva's most dangerous fight ever.he has never faced anyone as quick a striker as belfort.silva better not try to exchange strikes with him or it cud b all over.belfort is a very dangerous striker.i feel silva can ko him but he has to use distance.striking in the pocket with belfort is a no no

#1 Vitor defeated Randy once
#2 You cant focus on a fight knowing that your sister was kidnaped during that time
#3 he was very young with not so much experience, still beat Randy and many others in their prime.
#4 and most important ANDERSON SILVA simply didnt have the balls to fight guys like Randy or Chuck in their prime.

Anderson went up to 205 and took an easy fight against Forrest..why didnt Anderson challenged Rashad knowing that he beat the fuck out Forrest...nah, he took the easy fight. James Irvin is a fucking loser not even top 20 in the 205, so another easy fight for Anderson. The only decent oppoenet that Anderson has ever faced in his fucking life is Chael Sonne..and by the way, the only wrestler nHendo was too old

But people wanna use the rankings to say Anderson is better...so, I have to let them know that Anderson has never faced top opponets like Vitor has. This doesnt mean that Anderson doesnt have skills...he is a killer. But like everybody says "to be the best you have to beat the best".

Thats why I was so happy when he got smashed by Rashad because Forrest has holding a belt that didnt belong to him. So, yeah I`m telling you Forrest is nothing.
