Theres a reason people are laying into Buck he absolutely sucked balls on what was one of the all time greatest plays in football history. It's his job as an announcer to feel the importance of that moment and recognize how huge that catch could be. It was a pathetic job by Buck. Even Bob Papa didn't really sound good either though. One of either Bob Wischusen (Jets guy) or Sam Rosen would have made that call last a lifetime.

the patriots cost themselves this one, this was a veteran defense, they had seen everything. they knew how to finish games. This was a modern day David vs Goliath story, ironically the Giants were david.

My friends living room exploded when this happened. His mom came downstairs and was like "um, I'm guessing the giants won?" We said "no but they're about to". That play single handedly turned this game from boring as hell to one of my favorite super bowls

Everyone complains that Joe Buck didn't squeal like a girl upon this catch. He used the tone of his voice to sell the play. He didn't need to use over-the-top excitement to do that, the play itself was amazing.

I thought to there was major holding going on here buy the Giants offensive line but it all happened so quickly that it was difficult to tell at that moment. The Giants deserved the win here bro no matter how you slice it! If the Patriots were 14 point favorites on this day they should have schooled the Giants on this day!
