  • Do you reccomend using pyrodex powders in your percussion rifles? I need to buy some powder for my new Traditions Kentucky rifle, and everyone has different opinions on it. I would appreciate your opinion! Thanks!

  • i guess i should start using bore butter on my 1861 springfield, can get 10-12 shots if the bullets are .575 dia out of the gun, after that many it gets so fouled i have to clean it

  • Great info. I'm just now looking to getting into black powder. Love your vids.

  • @GunsKnivesSurvival Thanks please help support me by subscribing. Also if you're interested I could build you a flintlock or you can buy a production flintlock and have it shipped to me for proper re-work of the lock and powderpan. Flintlocks are not considered firearms by the ATF so shipping them to you're door is no problem. Anything else I can do to help you out just let me know. Merry Christmas!

  • @murpheysmuskets Already subbed, bro. I'll seriously consider your offer. I'm buying a cheap in-line to get some of the basics down, but I would also like a flintlock design. Thanks!
