mine goes well, and some textures are included into the folder I exported the model to, however, I am using a night elf as a practice base and it only has the eye glow texture and the body texture ends up being the shoulder texture only, and there are no other textures available, any idea as to what's happening?
ok i followed the video step by step and when i went to the part with the textures i didnt have all of them. i have only the hair, the sholders and a shield texture. the weird is that i havent put a shield on the char in modelviewer. Oh and another thing i dont have the body texture so please if u know what am i supposed to do reply =)

@azrailyne Hey there, In your material window there should be a little tiny button above the standard button. It has a little checkerd pattern and a tiny lightbulb on it. Its called "show standard map in viewport".. Click it and you will see ur texture..
but again the textures are missing and it makes everything lag because it's so huge... so I'll kill all the areas that I don't need for the specific race track.. still keeps the issue of the missing textures ( model is grey) and I don't really want to retexture all the little things.. it's easy if you have 5 pieces of objects like at the character.. but retexturing a whole city is a pain

I didn't find all of them in my model viewer.. I lack the chopper ( and of course the awesome goblin-mobil ) and some others.. And I can't really figure out how to import whole cities.. I got the wmd of ironforge and exported it to .obj

You have posted earlier that the WoWModelViewer has been updated succesfully for Wotlk, i am very interested in knowing what version that is and where you have got it as the latest version i can find is rather bugged and unable to succesfully export textures. When you open the mat editor by pressing M, there is a little blue cube button, press it. The button basically makes the texture visible in the viewport on the object.
i no what the problem is, try to select all* body parts, ecept for the hair and armor. once you have all them selected, drag the texture of the skin to your selected objects.

Haha, rydal, your comment made me laugh a lot lol, nothing better to start the day :) Do you understand the texture side ? If so then there is many ways to make them move by rigging. I use the 3dsmax biped for wow models.

Hello, question...
When importing textures, some characters have glowing eyes (night elf, blood elf, undead).
How do you apply it, so it's shows as they should. When I add eye textures, they're black with two colored circles.
The geoset is a flat retangle mesh that goes in front of face.

in the mat browser, there is a little button with the picture of a white and blue cube. Its above your bitmap button. Click it.

wowmodelviewer is working with wotlk now but with just a few bugs on gnome models but all wotlk content is there.. Ill up some stuff soon.
