I would have given this dance a 10. Rachel + Vincent convinced most people that they just did a perfect dance without ANY mistakes. I saw no mistakes and thought it was brilliant.

She is overmarked for this dance. This dance does not deserve four 10s because it is not technically perfect. Her dress is too long but I can still clearly see her NOT turning on her heels like you're supposed to in the Foxtrot, her toe is flexed not pointed in the kick and her knee is bent in the kick. She has been hiding under superlong dresses the past 2 weeks to hide her bad footwork and I'm glad Len said it to her last week. The most overrated dancer on Strictly this year.

No dance is technically perfect. In every dance that has been on Strictly, I can garentee that there has been a least one of two mistakes. Even in all of those that have got the perfect 40. Len says he sees mistakes in everyone that dances so in theory, no judge should be giving out any 10s.

Anyone partaking in SCD could be accussed of a career revival - tom is leaving holby city, so could he be promoting himself, Austin has left rugby and didnt matt dawson get Question of Sport captain after SCD and Lisa obviously wants to move to prime time presenting. RACHEL is a fantasic dancer, give her credit. Has been the most consistent and hasnt cried like lisa all the time nor has she begged for votes. RACHEL IS AMAZING...DESERVED 41 in my opinion. For all the amateurs who say otherwise...just listen to the experts and learn from them. i totally agree tom's quick step was amazing, rachel's dances are so boring, they may be 'perfect' but she doesnt entertain! i really hope tom wins! NOT RACHEL! the only reason the judges give her 10's is becaause they know the audience wont keep her in cause shes so boring. i like austin too, and lisa was definitely better than rachel.

have to disagree with you LOLABAS S87 Lisa, technically wasn't better at all, as the judges rightly spotted, she lost body connection with Brendan constantly and also her footwork wasn't flawless, whereas Rachels was.You can't really compare a quickstep with a foxtrot, two very contrasting dances. I thought it was quite good, and nicely executed but I don't think it was worth 4 10s. Her rumba, yes, that could have gotten 4 10s in my opinion, and would deserve it. To me, everybody seemed to have quite a bad night last night - but maybe that was my mood. I still, no matter what, don't think that deserved 40.

I agree, if the rumba didn't get the 40, I don't think this should have. I didn't have the same kind of personal response and while both dances had the same technical level of execution, the edge the rumba had was just a pure emotional response and a wow factor that this dance didn't have for me.

The judges say they want this competition to be about the dancing and they bullied John to the point of quitting; and, this is proof that the judges are incompetent. Aside from Len, what do the others know about judging a ballroom competition? You cant say you want to judge the dancing when that isnt in your skill set!

Rachel's Foxtrot was the best dance of the night, hands down. She's come leaps and bounds since the start of the competition and that needs to be recognized. Craig never overmarks anybody. Never. So if he found Rachel worthy of a 10, she must be.
