I dont really care if getting divorces is a sin, but what it really concerns me is all the traumas that divorce is causing in our kids, because of that we have more crime on the streets, suicides, depressed people etc... I VOTE FOR IT..I'm not from CA but I totally support you. Great job !!
I was against prop 8, but I support this 100%!!!!!! I really do wish this would get on the ballot. As others pointed out, this would expose a lot of hypocrites. Although I am pretty sure this wont get on the ballot. One can only dream.
It will be great to see the hypocrisy of the Prop 8 supporters exposed when they fail to rally around this ballot initiative. Of course Prop 8 was never about protecting marriage. It was about not legitimizing homosexuals and ensuring their relationships are viewed as second-class.
Are these people going to tell us when/when not to use the rest room also? Whatever happened to PERSONAL LIVES? It's funny how people cry fascism, all the while doing the same thing to their own neighbors. It's sickening and it's embarrassing.

Once a government can legislate who can marry, what's stopping them from banning divorce? They're both done in the name of traditional marriage.
