Make no bones about it electric power has some real advantages over internal combustion power, electric motors have full torque on start and dont require a complex transmisson to keep in the power band its astounding just how much torque an electric motor can generate from a dead stop

I would keep the whole outside of the car stock, go to race events and kick everyones ass as I drift through the entire track. I would then proceed to meet up with some enviromental hippies and do a massive burnout right after kicking them in the balls and randomly setting fire to oil barrels just to piss them off.

Imagine the performance increase if you took away 2000 pounds! Then imagine bolting on parts and the performance gains. Then install lithium batteries instead of the nickle batteries and OMG you would have a serious performance car which could easily get 75 to 100 mpg and run 13 seconds imho! I plan to do just that after college.
