Honda driver here, but I have to admit that nothing sounds as good as that...I think my ears just had an orgasm. And you're right, that unique sound comes mostly from suby's boxer engine. My roommate has thrown 2-3 different exhausts on his STI. You always get a similar badass tone from that engine.

I put Tuned in quotes because most drivers of "riced-up" cars have a tendency to put more attention towards body work, stickers and decals, and sound systems; than actual street performance. Cat back is the replaces the piping from the catalytic converter back (you don't touch the cat).

Turbo back replaces everything from the turbo back.

That is the blowoff valve of a turbo. It makes that hissing sound to release some air to keep the turbo cool.
