English voices will NOT better then the japanese if the english cannot even keep the word beserk or dinosaur in a us version.... You need some background history with Megaman and English voices.

the only time they did english was megaman battle network 5 double team for the ds. they used the voice actors from the battle network series and it sounded pretty good. but the actors from starforce who did the first 13 episodes in english and then were stopped werent very good so i'd redo them

Not really. They hired someone in their 20's to act as 2 11 year old childeren/navis which are Lan and Megaman since they are both 11.
