@samorasquid they just seem more "honest", the music is simple w/o sounding stupid, and the words tell a story, again, w/o sounding stupid. alot of times i listen to a song and figure well that was ok and move on, this band i can listen to over and over, just my opinion!
One of the greatest songs ever. If I had to get technical, the guitar sound could have used 1/10000th more of a touch of traditional distortion, as opposed to the grunge foot pedal riding so high. In my top list, regardless.
this song's sad in a way.. i can't help but think private hel(l)..icopter. just remembering all the memories.. i love the way he says "MUSTA BEEN GOOD FOR SOMETHING, SUGAR!" hahah. we have so many relationships that end in vain due to our little naturally destructive selves
these guys were wayyyyy cooler than those nerdy bands, ''Good Charlotte'' & that whiny ''Simple Plan''. Harvey Danger may have had similarities, but you can't deny the 90s lol
This was always my favorite song off this album. They were great, and Flagpole Sitta still gets played every five fucking seconds, and they'll be sorely missed.
what the heck happened to this band? they were so good! i saw them live at the vera in seattle, back in the day. it was one of the funnest shows ive ever been too.
They never got as big as they should have. I'm glad I live in the day of recording!

The first time for me to see any of the group. The lead singer is nerdier than he sounds.... :) Cool!

I prefer to senseless pain we inflict on each other to the kind of pain we would otherwise inflict on ourselves.

Is the singer a lesbian? I'm guessing this song is about the liberation of coming out. You go, girl!

I'm HDangerism, and I approve of this video.
I remember seeing them at the Bowery Ballroom, in NYC, the day before they shot this video.
The lead singer said they had that bridge closed for 4 hours, so they could ride bikes across it.
What a great band
