  • the dvd was fun, except it's hard to follow her instruction because you aren't usually able to see the screen and she delays on verbally giving her instruction.

    still, be sure to try it out

  • I got the DVD but during the dance section of the workout there is a lack of verbal instruction. I was wondering if you know how to turn that function on or if there are no cues.
