It's really ironic that the seiyu who voices Noba and Kurodo also voices Ebisu, who's the perv in Naruto. Noba is so cute!

Both. I think Noba had 2 seiyu's, because on wiki, it says that Noba got voiced by two people- Nobuo Tobita and Tomokazu Sugita. Sugita also voiced Kensei (Vizard). Thanks for the thumbs up!

I love this song ^-^ Tomokazu Sugita's voice, as Nova, reminds of a guy I know: the guy speaks rarely and if he does he speaks softly. ^3^ Nova is the best filler character =3
