I visited Betty Davis site at Hollywood Forest Lawn.  By far, she has the best location and most ornate sarcophagus. Her site is overlooking Hollywood Studios. I know she picked it out years prior to her death; it was an excellent selection.

Like the rest of you, I absolutely adore Bette Davis. She transcends gender, race and age. I remember one day in our family room years ago watching Bette in "Now Voyager"- 4 generations of relatives were held in her grasp and when she let out that last line, "Jerry, let's not ask for the moon..." We all screamed with delight so loudly that neighbors came running to see what was the matter! And this was at a Black family gathering in Philly in the 1970's. She was and is beloved indeed.

I don't think she's beautiful, I don't know other people who think she is. But for me, thats one of the reasons why I adore her so much, she wasn't some actress picked for these movies because she was a beauty, she was picked because she has such presence on the screen and could out act anybody. Which is why she was so successful. An absolute star.
