There's a way to do it without cheating. Just get `100 waters, add to Squall's STR junction, use just 1 Renzokuken, and boom dead. No cheating involved.

Yes, he DID cheat, because you can't get Adamantine or Pulse Ammo this early. It has nothing to do with Ifrit's card, you need his Ammo-RF ability for Pulse Ammo. That doesn't even matter because the earliest you can get Adamantines is to refine Minotaur's card for 10 of them.

You can, however, beat Ifrit in one hit without cheating. You can get the items for all his other weapon upgrades by playing cards. You can also get strong magic to junction (tornadoes).

getting the lionheart is pointless here is an easy way to get a rock solid squall in disc 1 before you become a seed

a) learn ice mag refine

b) make the spider fall down twice in each battle and run away on the second (so you bash it, it gets up and you bash it again) you get 50AP a turn so learn the attribute junctions as theyre 50 a pop

c) the boss in the training arena gives 16 wizard stones refine them into 80 blizagas (theres also a draw point of blizagas in timber)

It is possible to obtain Lion Heart in CD1, but not before fighting Ifrit...

All you gotta do:

Fight the dinosaur on Balamb Island (woods or Garden) while being Lv 20-29.

Either fight Adamantaimai for adamantines on Lv 30+ or morph the Minotaur-card.

Fight either Invictus (four-legged floating robot during 2nd Laguna-dream) while being Lv 30+ or fight Belhel Melhel often on Lv 30+.

With that and 2000 (?) Gil, you can get Lion Heart in Dollet.

The earliest u can get it is in deling city junk shop.

when u cross thru the forest leading to galbadia and u go into the dream world....hug the side wall and u should encounter grendals.....MUST BE LOWER THAN LEVEL 20!

Pulse ammo can be obtained by refining 20 elnoyle cards from Zells mom or something into energy crystals and then into pulse ammo

Adamantines can only be refined from the minotaur card, meaning u must fight them.

no sadly you have to be able to leave dollet when you leave your in an area called dollet hasberry plains follow the road til u can see the sea u can just see galbadia garden on the other side search the coastline for a sandy area theres 2 kinds of enemy here adamantoise and those fish things u find near balamb garden be careful though adamantoise have huge defense i recomend using gf or if you have managed to get it meltdown they also use white wind to heal,u can draw protect and shell

You have to play cards, get ifrit to lvl 10. Theres like guides all over the internet. Look it up. you get all the 'parts' by playing card games and using quezacotls card mod which changes cards into items. Trust me, I have it

this person is cheating because even with Lionheart you couldn't do that much damage even at level 100 since you cant possibly have STR Ups at this point and youcan't have the STR BONUS junction before ifrit to get i high strength level

Ummm...you're wrong about that: 1. Lionheart was the weapon he was using which you can't get so soon in the game. 2. You have to first beat Ifrit before you can continue with the story, therefore, the only way he could have gotten where he was when he did this was using a Gameshark.

There is no other way to do that and I checked into it!

you can get the dragon fangs from t-rexaurs at level 20-ish..

around level 40 the elastoids in the second dreamworld start dropping laser cannons. and the adamantines from the sacred card.. (or minotaur.. not sure right now haha)
