i agree wid d preceding speaker...dance doesnt hold attention at all. but i love this music. Original version takes over 11 min and its really gooood

I guess the title is a pun. But the dancer doesn't press and release, she contracts and releases. I wish there had been something for her to actually press against if this was to be the title. To be honest, the dance did not hold my attention even though it was interesting for a good while.
Also, the dancer moves so beautifully it is joy just to see that.
