my daughter is in a situation where the landlord thinks she has all the power as well and we are in the process of seeing what help is available. My daughter reported a woman that was a close friend of the landlord and she asked my daughter to no longer report this woman being beat to the cops. The landlord is in an abusive marriage so she thinks it will go away and she does nothing.

all you hud housing people, neednt be suprised you are treated poorly..the government sees you as expenses, not benefits...the people that the government takes care of, are the obedient workers, that pay tax...when will you idiots start valueing your freedom over government benefits? do you really believe all theyr promises of benefits and security? its a trick to enslave everyone...learn some basic history.. what made america good, was liberty, not government nannyism..now we're all screwed

If you can prove (which this is caused by water damage- the roof leakage problem) check to see if under your tendency laws where you are (residential laws) if it is proven the damage and you have to move see if you can have the land lord pay for the moving expenses, rent and all hook up charges due to land lord's neglect of up keeping their residential units. I'd get a group of those in your complex together and make this a huge case.it effects all you in the residents .

find out under criminal law as well..and check to see under 'human rights laws.' I am in Canada, but a huge advocate for those who have disabilities, those that can't speak for themselves, and advocate/ help/ others. I'm a certified human service worker going in for my degree/ masters in social work.

She is causing havoc is cause someone is speaking up/ out and and wants to continue with illegal living conditions/ save herself money- outcome she'll pay more to fix the greater damage to come..

Ann Radcliff (our apt manager) feels that she is getting away with murder while she dose this to us and the rest of the tenants. she even lied to hud and to inspectors to cover herself. She got away smelling like smoke and cinders but still makes felonious lies to any and all authority. She even said that she don't like my race to my wife and if I left, then my family could stay. We got kicked out onto the streets.

After getting hit by a 18 wheeler I applied for housing .I have never known a african american male where I live that can afford to live in his own ghetto that s why all my friends are in jail they simply couldnt afford to be men in America so when they murder and steal there bad people.Sounds like you need to contact hud and make a housing compliant you can do it online
