@ASUSproz Im a Canadian by the way, It cost me nothing while I am visiting friends. Really its always easy to find friends in Louisiana. You just have to be friendly to all you meet and you will find an invite to a meal and great friends there. I have had friends there for 25 years now and always go for a few pounds of Craw Fish and corn plus boiled potato and the beans and greens were just the best!. Just be a friend and the food comes to you. The people of Louisiana are the best in the USA.

I dont eat the head. Just the tail and the meat in the claws. You forget the claws! Noone says anything about the claws!!! You gotta take the moving claw part and rip it off and the meat will come out then ya eat it! Best part next to the tail =D

Crawfish are easy, rip the tail off, crack to tail's back slightly, gently rip it in half, pull it, and bam! a crawfish tail meat, then stick ur fingers in the head and EAT EVERYTHING BUT GILLS lol
