I find it ironic how none of these videos made applies to any of the women on YT. Isn't that ironic how NONE of these videos applies to them. Just pointing that out.

But in all seriousness, this brother is right. Many women do and don't have anything intellectually stimulating to talk about if it doesn't involve pop culture and the latest issue of Cosmo or Essence. Do you know why? Because most men have not required their women to be intelligent, so these women refuse to care.

My experience mirrors yours. Women are attracted to accomplished men but brainwashed by feminism and the media to try to dominate and tame us rather than submit to us which IS THEIR NATURE. Very good series. I've ran into this from time to time starting in my 20s also. At times I though it was just that I was different than the rest of the men around which I was but I never thought myself to be intimidating. I was also mistaken to be arragant. I guess when certain types of women meet men who are different they DO get out of sorts.

I have come from a family of superwomen whom make more, have more years of education, and have stonger personalities than their counterparts. And I've been raised to follow but no matter how much they try to program me, there is still a part of me that wants the man to be in control. Once a woman KNOWS she's accepted, his terminology shouldn't make her cheat. It should make her want to research, ask for a meaning, and understand it the next time he throws it out. @CaramelCleo Its tough being a woman now just like its always been. Your right, a woman SOULD wanna know more about what her man is into. Women with knucklheads have no problem with this: Drama, ignorance, etc... she'll be trying be all into all of it. But with a situation like I describe in the vid, Nooowwwaaayyy, too unfamiliar, it would mean that she would have to change too much about herself in order to be compatible with a mindset like that. I am in University at age 55 and can tell you that the youth in that university are all about discovery phase and who they are = in relation to the opposite sex as much as in relation to their place in the universe.

Many are not really into charitable works at that age. But as they increase their knowledge they increase their acceptance of how others brains or actions work.

Most women I know are not intimidated by intelligent men. Instead they speak up and challenge or spar on intellectual level with men.

I do know both MEN and WOMEN who are intimidated by experts or professionals or people who just know more. That is something they as individuals have to work on.

MOST people, men or women, date those who are equally yoked - economically, socially, cognitively, physically, and even emotionally. But some date those who are polar opposites.

Some date or are attracted to those who have higher qualities because they aspire to be better people and learn more.

You seem to peg people into tiny boxes. The doctor/less intelligent woman story? not sure if it was his education that turned her off. But that is your supposition. Hope you figure it out.

So look at the other coin, it is even worse when many men who are intimidated by women with higher education. I know a man who beat his wife - who was a high level profile person in her profession. He was an hourly worker and could not handle that she had more education and better pay.

So, we can find many stories of unequal yoking or people attracting opposites.

You pull out the feminist agenda? right now it is about men and women trying to negotiate their way in life.

As for your conclusion about media representation of men? I agree on some of your points. But then look at how they portray women? as nagging and whining or cougars or dumb blonds and so forth.

Television in general is a horrible medium for anyone. Simpsons and family guy are disgusting shows and most intelligent people don't watch those shows. I watched once and turned it off.

After watching this video as well as others on YT, I've come to the conclusion that Black men that complain about Black women are unattractive. I attend college with intelligent and attractive looking Black men and they don't seem to have the problems so many you claim to have.

Let me ask you something. Why is it that so many attractive black women claim to have so many problems. Theres stuff in the media all the time about how black women cant find a good black man, even on a college campus.

I think yo need to qualify that statement. Unattractive is a broad term. Perhaps you mean unattractive based on the traits women are programmed to respond to. These men don't exude these qualites and are therefore unattractive on that basis.

great topic! Needless to say the situation can equally be applied to both genders, but you already know that. As a woman i have experienced this very phenomenon and felt the feelings overcome me only to have insecurities tap me on the shoulder trying to sabotage the attraction, and thoughts of "will he leave me? he has prime choice in all females with a mind like that!". But in the end if we can learn from our intelligent partners and think of them as a guide, we only stand to grow MORE.

The irony is that a man with a mind like that dont necessarily have prime choice in all females. Theres a lot of women who will either completely avoid him or sabatoge the relationship they do have due to her insecurities.

When women began to speak out and stand up for the man whom reads, works, and cares for his family is when men will realize what is acceptable. Men should do the same for women. But let us discuss the things that make us joyous. Don't say that men aren't anything, or that women are scared to face a real man. Acknowledge those that ARE educated black men and women. Discuss how that man or woman makes you feel. Positivity changes ideals; negativity fuels the destruction.

This issue plagues both men and women. There is no particular gender at fault. What we must do is focus on those whom deserve your time to rant. We know that scandalous people are out there. But I feel that we spend to much time pointing out the bad, rather than celebrating the good. I am happy every time I see an educated black man becoming successful and breaking the social norm of instability and irresponsibility. Let us do the same for our women.

I agree withthis 100% In America today, we live in a feminists society. With that said any man who is a real man is going to be looked at funny by the majority of women. Just liked you said they are "shocked". but I think its getting worse and worse, with the independent women movement, they feel they dont need a man all together. Especially in the black community. This going to turn into something ugly within 10 years. The divorce rate in the U.S. will be 90% instead of 60%
