@Koxi02 yeah, at first, you'll overwork your neck bc of bad form but with practice, your forms will get better. my abs started to show after about three weeks of doing it 2-3 times a week. very solid exercises

@ixionkw Bro, Im sorry to burst your bubble but doing exercises can't wont burn fat around your middle. There's no such thing as spot training. What you can do though is focus on your diet, incorporate some fat burning foods (MUFa's, look them up) in their, and do regular exercise to keep your whole body fit. Abs come with the full package, almost like the finishing touches for being healthy. its 90% diet, 10% exercise and 100% dedication. Good luck
