Al hates this because its not Hard enough for the posing herion heads...Rob Zombie walked away with the crown sorry AL...if they would have kept making this kind of music they would have made MAJOR stardom this is a great cd i think i only dislike 1 song....
I use to work at a night club called the Orbit Room in Chicago in the 80's. The bands, Ministry, and Thrill Kill Cult use to hang out there, also people from other bands would come in since a lot of Wax Traxx people were friends of everybody. The 80's WERE A GREAT TIME IN MUSICAL HISTORY. I really feel lucky to have been young then and been able to experienced it all.
yeah, I don't like the heroin Al.... I use to work at The Orbit Room, Al and his wife woud come in there and she'd take her clothes off she'd be so high.
I remember the shock that I got when I went to see them in concert (not long after the release of this album) and they performed nothing but their harder edged material. Man I was so shocked and pissed off. I had to wonder whether I was seeing the same group. I was wondering what the hell happened to the group that played at the old Comiskey Park with Joan Jett, Flock of Seagulls, and the Police. Yes, they all played on that day. It was a concert no one there will ever forget. It was magical.
Untouchable ! so glad I grew up on Long island during this time when the radio station WLIR was known for being cutting edge with the new wave sound, recognized all the way to London,
As far as I'm concerned, Al Jourgensen can keep Jesus Built My Hot Rod. Later industrial Stuff really sucks. I'm sorry, but I'm no fan of their hard core Industrial, early-mid 90s stuff.
This song and all their early stuff is the real Shit!!!
With Sympathy from 1983 is a Rare Cd. I'm lucky to still have it. If you ever find it . I recommend Buy it because I don't think it's no longer in print.
really i live in orlando and I dont hear music like this any more.

This is good stuff...not sure why the sudden change towards the industrial garbage. they could've done a few more releases like "with sympathy".

I think this just might be my favorite song of the 80's too.

I'm guessing they only wanted to be associated with a less poppy sound with their harsher and more aggressive style from Twitch to present.
