I agree with the man in the video, we need to become more active not only for fitness but also because it is a way in which people can relax. Relaxation is very important in order to manage stress which is a very serious problem nowadays. At symposier site, physicians can find more information on this and other relevant topics.

Doctors do tell their patients to lose weight, exercise, eat less processed foods, etc. but there is some disconnect where many patients do not follow through. I think that our culture as a whole is oriented towards quick fixes, and when people get into that mindset, fitness/healthy eating seems overwhelming and impossible.

I did it all with exersize and diet.
if youre right handed, your left side gets bigger faster. because your bad side has to work more muscle fibers to do the same amount of reps. you should do more reps with your good side.

even though you burn the calories, the shit that's in a burger still remains in your body (trans fats, etc), also you are giving your body food without real nutritional value, instead of fresh food. Your body needs those nutrients in order to work correctly, if not, you'll start to be sick in some time or your body won't work as well as it could. Peace.
I am kind of like you... I can eat whatever the fuck I want and not gain weight, but I get other health problems such as pimples, fatigue, depression, etc. So its just not good. Just because I can stay skinny doesn't mean its okay for my body.

o.o I honestly don't know how much weight you lose generally from dieting or exersizing, but, I do know you don't lose all that much weight from month to month. If you can lose 7 pounds from dieting every month then I don't know why people are fussing about being overweight. I think it takes time to lose these things, but excersizing is good for you.

I agree with some other people here, videos like these aren't really much help other than motivational aids.
It doesn't cut to the hard facts and help people stop eating unheathily, help plan exercise etc.#
However, I'm sure there's a lot of videos on Psychetruth that will help with this.

I don't think they give enough information. That is what frustrates me. I don't like talk about "Oh, trans fats and yada yada", but when it comes to specific problems, they're no help. And even if you did all the things they say to do generally, you could STILL get problems and what are you left to do but to go see a regular doctor? I hate people giving me advice that I have been doing for years in regard to natural health.

I am not joking, usually when I get bored at night I take a very long walk, somewhere at over 10 kilometers, and it's what helps me to not get fat from eating jumk food every day, exclusively. I am not familiar with the genetic part where some people are supposed to be able to burn more fat from doing less etc..

personnaly i eat junk food all the time, i love mac donalds, i eat it as much as i want but i'm a very active person so the junk doesn't really affect me, except for one funny thing, when i eat too many burgers i get sleepy from the fullness

even though you burn the calories, the shit that's in a burger still remains in your body (trans fats, etc), also you are giving your body food without real nutritional value, instead of fresh food. Your body needs those nutrients in order to work correctly, if not, you'll start to be sick in some time or your body won't work as well as it could. Peace.

I am kind of like you... I can eat whatever the fuck I want and not gain weight, but I get other health problems such as pimples, fatigue, depression, etc. So its just not good. Just because I can stay skinny doesn't mean its okay for my body.

i guess you're right, i don't get pimples but i have to admit that mac donalds makes me sleepy. also i guess it gets me a bit depressed cause sometimes after a fat meal i just get really lazy and i do things in the day very slowly. but regardless of what i eat bad or good, i also eat a lot of yogurt and drink a lot of veggie cocktail and it helps me digest the food a lot better

As a gym rat myself, that guy is NOT fat. That's beef he's got on him.
And when getting in shape...it's not what the scale says, but what the mirror says. Weight is not importent, body compostion ( your muscle to fat ratio ) is. Cause if weight was the only factor.....guys like Slyvestor Stalone and Franco Columbo would be considered "fat", which of course is silly.
Remember, weight is not really an issue, but what that weight is composed of is.

o.o I honestly don't know how much weight you lose generally from dieting or exersizing, but, I do know you don't lose all that much weight from month to month. If you can lose 7 pounds from dieting every month then I don't know why people are fussing about being overweight. I think it takes time to lose these things, but excersizing is good for you.

His muscularity is superb, When bodybuilding you tend to gain fat along with the muscle you get. And then you go on a cutting cycle to get that sought after ripped look.

Run in the morning or go long-distance walking, push ups and sit ups, consume more healthy food and eat the food you really want moderately - there is your diet. Staying healthy is not as complex as this guy or anyone makes it.
