  • i started to watch this, but got so sad and realised my age and all those really great people are gone, it seemed a bit private this tribute, so i wanted to say thaks to all those left behind, time marches on doesnt it......

  • I used to hang out and talk into the night with clay when he took in the door money at Ashkenaz...

He was a beautiful cat with a great sense of humor...

We have lost him, Clara and David Nadel but we won't forget them...

  • You need another picture to make it complete: one of my dad, Victor :-)

  • I don't know how interesting this "family album" would be to those who cannot put names to faces, but having worked at Last Gasp and Rip Off Press (1976 - 1983) it was pure flashback to a truly creative time in San Francisco history. Clay Geerdes took photos of me at the Hooker's Ball (1976) that would fit into this slideshow nicely... I knew so many of these faces! So many are gone now...Jaxon, Sheridan, Brand, Irons, Griffin to name a few. Thanks for the memories!

  • Long live Wonder Wart-Hog and the Checkered Demon. Oh, yeah, and Tommy Toilet, too!

  • Thank you from the bottom of my heart.....a touching family album...I was so happy to see my late husband, Dave Sheridan, alive and well on the world wide web....Dava Sheridan AKA Flo Wiffit in the Dealer McDope Comix.......

  • Dave's stuff Rocked!

  • @davamusic Dava, did your daughter ever go to college? I ask, because I once sent a pittance (I'm ashamed at my cheapness) to the Baby Sheridan account/fund after Dave died. Because I live in Detroit, I signed the check "Buster Foyt."

  • Nice extra to the undergound comix family album. Adding names to the pictures would have added to to fun.

  • We are not alone they´re like us. thank to they for their art. and thank to the guy who made this material.

  • Nice picture show! Those comix artists were sure into beards, back in the day! Freak Bros. rule!!
