hmmm can somebody help me spyro is one of my most loved games it was my first game on my ps1 when i was 6 no ive got the legend of spyro the eternal night on my dsi (this was also my first game on my ds lite when i was 8) now my problem is i see on youtube all those cool and great attacks and skills but i've played the story on my game almost 30 times and i can't do those skils and power-up and attacks can someone please help me!!! (thnx if u try to help me)

I would like the old games back. I mean, I want more Spyro games but couldn't they make it fun? Spyro games were fun and creative. You can still have that even with new games.

At least Dawn of the Dragon was pretty decent.

the newer games were OK, but the oldes ones were FAR better than them. its just too bad because insomniac games cant make them because stupid universal studios sold it to freakin sierra. the only thing we can dos deal with it until insomniac can gather enough money to buy the rights back.

@PwnAge How are the old ones better? Do you remember when Hunter was a goof ball and the whole thing was a Dragon Tales spin-off? It grew into a serious story with more complex characters. The gameplay got FAR better combat and only returned the exploration when they used truly good items to find (which were life upgrades and armor increasing stats and giving bonus abilities). Considering what Insomniac did with Ratchet & Clank All 4 One (which is also not bad), you might want to re-think that.

@vgman94 Ok my name is a Buk Lao. and its all based on opinions. You cant really tell someone theyre wrong for something they think is better and you dissagree and like it the opposite. I enjoyed the games because i was a kid and got a kick out of the cheesy humor they put in them, but hey if you like the old games...... well i cant really hope for more games from other companies but i hope you have as much fun as u want with all the games they make.

Fucking pisses me off, how you kill the enemis, you die, and suddenly they're back again. Seriously I played about 30 minutes and then sold the game. Its shit, anyone who says these awful games are better than the originals, needs to play the first three. ASAP. Spyro just looks terrible, and I think I speak for most of the fans when I say. Insomniac should make some games, or a collection like God of war or sly cooper games.

It sucks that the younger generations can only be entertained with this kind of junk. Dark, combat-filled, "epic" storyline, blahblahblah. Those kids should be playing the REAL Spyro games, like the first 3 (although I liked 4, and 5 is alright too I guess). It's sad. :/

@Blazenooper It's cool, you have your opinion and I have mine, but I'm just saying that I played the first Legend of Spyro game a couple of years ago, and I beat it in 2-3 days. There weren't any creative puzzles or anything like that that made your brain work a little bit, it was constantly just battle after battle. It's too simple. :c

It got over populate by Ratchet and Clank and I must say it has a better story line. But I do miss seeing Spyro and hope they still keep making Ratchet and clank games. (Drops a tear)

Tbh, i preferred the good old days when it was Spyro : Getaway to Glimmer with the orbs and all the other ones with the eggs and everything. Playstation 1 Spyro Rocked, but they have basically ruined it. But hey, i love Spyro anyway :).

Spyro wasn't meant to be dark.... he was meant to run around in wacky and funny environments! Spyro 2 fit the theme perfectly.
