  • @Vidar

How the hell do you know who is/was the greatest teachers of Wing Chun? Did you study under all of them to make that claim?

  • @SchizophrenicNYC

I met and have seen or participated in/on various seminars in various Wing Chun schools. Wong Shun Leung lineage is the best. One's skills and greatness is measuried by the skills of his students.

I say this not as a fact, but opinion of mine. I study Leung Ting lineage the most, but i am dazzled by the skills of WSL people.

  • Why not in cantonese, Sifu?

  • This video is great - it's a shame I can't understand what he's saying, but there is a lot implied through movements. Thanks for posting :)

  • thank you for sharing this is priceless .RIP SI PAK WSL.

  • Cant wait for the rest, thanks for putting this on for everyone to see.

  • The greatest teacher of Wing Chun.

    Sifu Wong Shun Leung :

    1.Bruce Lee

    2.Wan Kam Leung

    3.Gary Lam

    4.Phillip Bayer

    5.David Peterson

    and so on...

  • @Svemocn1Vidar @Svemocn1Vidar Bruce only knew part of the system. Up to Chum Kiu I believe. Check your facts,

  • @morgenholz

Does that mean he wasnt the student of WSL? His Kung Fu came from WSL the most. Re-read my post. I know everything there is to know about Bruce Lee,u just tried to lecture the wrong person.

  • @Svemocn1Vidar My point is why put Bruce as number one if he only knew part of the system and never promoted someone to wing chun sifu level under him?

  • @morgenholz

I didnt label them in any particular order,Bruce was the most famous one. The point was :

However worked with Sifu Wong Shun Leung was/is succesful martial artist. This is due to the fact Wong taught people with care, love and pleasure, unlike many other Wing Chun teachers.

I respect WSL lineage the most, allthough i had very little training in it,i was dominated twice by WSL practicioners. I respect that. It made me better martial artist.

  • In 3 months later, Master Wong passed away on Jan 28, 1997. "Si-pak", RIP!

  • Beautiful memory!
