The NDP is a social democratic party with a socialist minority. Socialism, communism, and social democracy are 3 different things. Communism believes in a working class revolution that would create a temporary socialist dictatorship until communist anarchy is achieved. Socialism is common ownership + management. Old social democracy = gradual democratic change to socialism. Modern social democracy = a hybrid of socialism + capitalism. Example: Blair's third way- 90% capitalism 10% socialism

If anywhere needs cleaning, it is SOUTHERN ONTARIO and the Great Lakes regions. I can still drink the water in most of the lakes here in Alberta without the need to boil it. Cannot say the same about the Great lakes.
