@Meroroko The black pens he used to looked like Faber-Castell Pitt Artist Pens. They come in various sizes including a brush pen nib. (A brush pen was probably used to blacken the background.) They are archival so they won't fade or wash away when wet.

And the paint is the Molotow "One for All" he mentioned in the video description.

he put a layer of white acrylic paint first and let it dry. He penciled in a design and then use paint markers. You can find paint markers in michaels or walmart. Im not sure if he put on an acrylic sealer at the end but yeah that's about it. looks awesome.
